Warm up in the forge this winter, Tassie style.

Kick off your weekend with an evening welcome session on the first night, enjoying local Tasmanian beverages, handmade pickles and yummy nibbles by the fire. The next morning come and join us in our forge overlooking the beautiful Huon River to start making your own kitchen knife from scratch. Over a 2 day course you will learn the basics of forging, grinding, heat treating and handle making as you create your own heirloom knife to take home.
